Accessing Bridge Advanced Media
In the global navigation click the Admin icon. Then click on Tools, from there select Bridge Advanced Media.
Bridge Advanced Media Containers
In the Bridge Advanced Media section, you will see this main page. In here, you will see all containers [1] for your account. You can view these containers as cards or lists [2] (the default view for containers is card view).
Note: If you use subaccounts, you will see all of your subaccounts shared folders in this view.
Container Card Options
To view videos within the container click on the List icon [1] (the List icon [3] also shows at the bottom of the card and will get you to same area).
If you'd like to play all videos within the container you can click on the Play button [2].
To see completion status for your video by clicking on the Metrics icon [4].
The three dots in the bottom right corner of the card will give you the option to Share [5] the container.
If you would like to subscribe to the container click on the Subscribe [6] button in the top left-hand corner.
Inside the Container
Once you enter a container, you will see sub-containers; they have all the same options as the primary containers. Clicking on the plus sign in the bottom right will get you additional options to Upload Resources, Record Videos, Add External Links, Copy from Library, and Create Container.
Managing Container Information
Edit Container
When selecting Manage for a container you will be taken to an area that allows you to all of the settings. In the Edit tab you can adjust the Title, Description, Author, Language, Container Screenshot, and Canopy Image.
Note: For best results for Custom Screenshot and Canopy Images use an image with a minimum resolution of 1920x1080.
Container Permissions
In the Permissions area shows the capabilities a group of users has on the container. Any group can have multiple permissions assigned to it.
Note: Groups with the Admin label cannot have their permissions changed. If you need to change any permissions please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Move Container
You can move containers into different areas as needed. You can search [1] for the container you'd like to move the content to. Once locating the one you'd like to move the content to click on the container image [2] and then hit save [3].
If the container you're looking at has a number of subcontainers you can click on the plus that will show, once expanded you can click on the minus [4] to collapse it. If there are no nested containers the button will show as a greyed out minus.
