Company Skills Widget: Organization-Wide Skills Visibility

The Company Skills widget provides a complete view of the organization’s skills library. With increased visibility, Admins in Bridge can more easily maintain a clean, structured skills library and keep the organization’s skill framework aligned with business priorities.

Job Title Widget: See What Skills Matter

The Job Title widget instantly shows how many skills are mapped to each job across the organization or reporting hierarchy, making it clear what "good" looks like in each role.

This alignment around required skills accelerates onboarding, tightens role expectations, and ensures development plans directly support business needs.

Content Skill Gaps Widget: Build the Right Learning, Faster

The Content Skill Gaps widget shows which skills employees want to develop—and where no learning content exists yet. 

For Admins, this means a smarter learning strategy where content is built or bought only where it’s needed most. 

Managers can use these insights to identify development areas their teams care about, ensure resources exist to support growth, and connect organizational skills needs with employee career goals.

Profile Completeness Widget: Improve Skill Reporting Quality

The Profile Completeness widget reveals how thoroughly employees have added required skills to their profiles, including the capabilities they already have, can help with, and are actively developing.

Managers can see the skills that direct reports have added to their Bridge profiles and who hasn’t completed their profile.

When Skills Profiles are complete, employees get more personalized development, and organizations get cleaner, more accurate data to drive staffing, learning recommendations, and succession planning.

Workforce Skills Gaps: Spot Capability Risks and Target Employee Development

The Workforce Skills Gap widget provides instant visibility into skill strengths and gaps across the organization. These insights are organized into three columns:

• Skills Mapped: The total skills required for each job title.
• Skills Reported: How many of those required skills employees say they have.
• Skill Gaps: The number of required skills no employees have reported, making it easy to see where development is needed.

Why Is the Company Skills Widget Only Available to Admins?

The Company Skills widget is designed to provide a complete, system-wide view of all skills across the organization, including skills that may not be tied to a specific team, role, or manager’s scope. Because this data is global and foundational to company-wide workforce strategy, access is limited to Admins who are responsible for skills governance, taxonomy management, and organizational reporting.

Why Do Managers See the Company Skills Widget, But With a Count of 0?

Managers can see the Company Skills widget for context and consistency across Analytics, but the underlying data is not available at the Manager permission level. As a result, the widget will display a skill count of 0.

This is intentional and helps:

• Maintain a consistent Analytics layout across roles.
• Avoid exposing global skills data outside a Manager’s scope.
• Reinforce that the widget reflects company-wide data, not team-level data.

Is Skills Analytics Available for Subaccounts? 

Skills Analytics is only available for the root account at this time.
