Understanding how your people engage with their goals and objectives is vital for tracking progress, identifying trends, and making informed decisions about employee performance and development.
Bridge gives Admins and Managers the ability to monitor this through the Goals & Objectives Analytics tools available in Analytics and their Team menu. Here's an overview of what's available, how to access it, and how to use the data to drive action.
Where to Access Goals & Objectives Data in Bridge
There are two main ways to access analytics related to goals and objectives:
1. Analytics (Admins Only)
On the left-hand main menu, navigate to Analytics, then scroll down to Goals/Objectives.
2. Team View (Managers and Admins)
From the left-hand menu, select Team and then Goals. There, you’ll see your team’s goals as well as the goals of individuals on your team—provided they’ve chosen to share them with you.
Each view offers different levels of data depending on your role in the organization.
