How to Use Bulk Actions in Programs

Bulk actions allow you to manage multiple user enrollments in a program at once, saving you time and helping keep your data accurate. Instead of updating users one by one, you can mark completions, reset progress, re-enroll learners, remove enrollments, or update enrollment dates in just a few clicks.

Notes and Best Practices

  • Bulk actions require the appropriate permissions. If you don’t see an action option, check that your role includes the needed permissions.
  • Always review the list of selected users before confirming any bulk action.
  • After completing a bulk action, a results screen will show which updates succeeded or failed.
  • Bulk actions cannot be undone, so use caution, especially with deletes or resets.
