How to add assets to a course in Bridge Author Pro. This walkthrough covers how to add assets to your course, including media, presentation elements, and interactive content, and how to add and organize them within your course structure. Starting from the Course Structure page, scroll down to Content Topic 1. Select the three dots and choose Topic settings to edit the name. Change the name to Welcome and select Next. The name change will be reflected in the course structure. Click into this topic to explore further. Default content blocks with sample text are shown. In the Navigator tab on the left, Screen 1 and Screen 2 appear by default. Add more screens or remove existing ones as needed. Click to add an additional screen. An expanded menu displays available options. The new screen appears in the list. When clicking on Screen 3, no assets have been added yet. Navigate to Assets and select an option from the expanded menu. Click on Layout and select a new content block. The block appears and can be customized. From the menu, navigate to Layout Properties to choose the number of columns, adjust styling, or delete the content block. When changing the number of columns, the layout updates to reflect the selection. Select the Media tab and choose the Video Player to add it to one of the columns. The Video Player is added to Column 1. Add the Audio Player to Column 2. Add an iframe to embed additional content. The Presentation tab provides options to add different elements to the course. Add the Flip Card asset. Both assets are added to the content block. Pre-built presentation assets include Film Strip, which presents content in a visually organized way. Countdown Timer gives learners a set amount of time to complete a task. Assets appear in the chosen location within the course structure when selected. At the top of the page, the toolbar includes a Menu button, a Glossary button, and a Help button for course navigation and supporting resources. Clicking buttons expands the relevant panel. The Glossary provides definitions and explanations of key terms that learners can refer to throughout the course. Clicking Start takes you into the main course menu with all topics included. The Film Strip asset allows learners to scroll through a series of images paired with supporting text. Information is broken down into a visual sequence. Image Button opens an image for learners to view when selected. A pop-up window, referred to as a subscreen, contains an image and supporting text to add variety to the course. Image Wall displays multiple images. Clicking on any image expands it and allows learners to scroll left to right through the gallery. High-quality images display with accompanying text at the bottom to provide context and reinforce key points. Arrows enable scrolling through images.
