Adding pre-built presentation assets to a content screen in a Bridge Author Pro course allows you to build feature-rich content that goes beyond simple text and images.
Find out how to add and configure these elements to create interactive courses for your learners, improving user experience and engagement.

Open the Course Editor
Log into Bridge and go to Author > Gomo.
Click Courses in the left-hand navigation and +Create a new course. Alternatively, select an existing course to edit it.

Add Presentation Assets to a Bridge Author Pro Course
Navigate to the Assets tab in the left-hand menu and click Presentation. In the panel, you’ll see a variety of text, image, and UI elements, including:
Text-Based Assets
Drag and drop a text box to add it to your course.
In the right-hand panel, you’ll see the Properties panel. Click Configure or double-click the text box in the course editor screen to add content and adjust formatting.
Click the Styles dropdown menu to apply a text style (e.g., heading, subheading, or body). Styles will automatically inherit the formatting defined by your selected theme, ensuring consistency across your course.
Tip: To customize text styles, go to the Themes tab, then scroll down to Content Fonts or toggle the Advanced option on for additional styling settings.
Image Assets
You can add images to a course and display content in a variety of ways, such as filmstrips, carousels, and walls.
Drag and drop an image asset to add it to your course, and you’ll see a placeholder appear. Double-click on the image to bring up your Resources, containing any files you’ve previously uploaded in Author Pro, or use the Upload tab to add a new file.
Tip: Click Preview in the course editor to see how a course looks or use Split View to preview it while you edit.You can also use the full preview option to see how your content will look on different device types.
Flip Cards
Flip Cards are an effective way to display learning, allowing you to build interactive cards that turn over to reveal additional content when a user clicks or taps them.
Add a Flip Card to a course screen, then click Configure flipcards on the right side of the screen to open the settings. There, you change the size and animation style, and reorder your cards.
You can also customize the border and the front and back faces of each card. Click +Add card to add a new one or Delete to remove it.
Accordions and Tabs
Accordions and Tabs keep your content organized and save screen space.
Double-click an asset on the editor screen or click Configure to add content, reorder items, and change its appearance.
Buttons
Buttons allow you to link to external websites, files, and screens within your course. You can also use them to add supporting elements, such as language selectors and accessibility toggles.
Double-click a button from the course editor or click Actions in the right-hand navigation menu, and select an action from the dropdown menu to add it to a course. Click Update actions when you’re done or use the trash can icon to delete it.
Countdown Timer
Select Configure countdown timer or double-click it in the editor to set the time and customize the presentation.
The Countdown Timer asset can also be used alongside variables to add greater interactivity to your courses.
Click Set display conditions in the properties panel on the right-hand side of the screen to define when the timer should be shown (e.g., topic completion score, device type, or language).
Tables
Tables provide a way to present data visually.
Within the Configure Table settings, you have access to the following options:
- Table header toggle: Convert the first row into a header for better organization.
- Add rows and columns: Using the Add buttons to expand your table as needed.
- Delete columns and rows: By clicking to highlight and using the Delete buttons.
- Zebra stripes toggle: Alternating row colors to make information easier to scan.
You can also use the move icon to reorder existing rows and add new columns and rows using the Add buttons at the top of the editor popup.
