Completing a Program with Incomplete Live Training

Looking for some insight on how to bypass this.

I have a Program that includes courses, checkpoints and Live Training. If a learner does not register into the Live Training OR the Live Training never happens (due to whatever reason), there doesn't seem to be a way of removing the Live Training from the Learner in order to complete the Program. They are stuck with that step as incomplete.

Short of registering the Learner into a fake session and then marking them as attended, I don't see a way of removing the Live Training... ?

anyone else come across this?

  Hello Eric,

   

  Thank you for your inquiry! Currently, programs that contain live training will have that limitation on them. Without having them be able to attend a live training session, the program cannot be marked as complete. The only way around this would be to mark the users as attended in a session of your choosing or by removing the live training from the program.

   

  I suggest submitting a feature request. Allowing for the ability to select whether attending a session will prevent program completion. You can submit a request here.
