Overdue Learning Items
I very often have big red notifications on my Bridge homepage that I have 1 (or more) Overdue Learning Items. I have a hard time figuring out which training it thinks I'm overdue for, and any steps I take to try to resolve don't seem to work.
Any advice?

Hey, Charlie Pfaff. The overdue tile isn't a continuous sync, and it is pulled from the required trainings on your My Learning page, so if there are no overdue contents there, then you can simply "x" out of the red box that says you have overdue items. It should not reappear (and if it does then I'd advise you submit a support ticket so our team can troubleshoot with you). Please let us know if you have any other questions or need additional support.
Hi Stephanie, Ok interesting, I had tried Xing the red box out before, but maybe hadn't yet resolved the overdue items yet. I will keep that note about non-continuous syncing in mind. Thank you!
I cannot locate any learning that I may need to complete or any activity for badging or further access
Albertayala789 - have you reached out to your system administrator? They are the people who can ensure you're in the system and access the accurate content for your organzation.
