Confidential question in performance conversations

Is there a way to add an optional manager-only question in the performance conversation where the response WILL NOT be visible to the employee (e.g., manager wants to document something but doesn't want the employee to have visibility to the note)?

    Hi, Erica Ruff ! At this time, we do allow optional manager targeted questions but we can’t hide their response from the employee in Performance Conversations.
