Request for Onboarding Insights for the Bridge App
I’m seeking insights on effective onboarding strategies for new users of the Bridge App. What best practices have you discovered that enhance user engagement and facilitate a smooth transition?

Hi ATF Booru ! Some of the best practices that we've seen (on the Bridge side) are getting managers on board to help keep learners accountable. You can do this via notifications, analytics, etc.
Additionally - I've seen folks have a range of content, and that being helpful for learners so that a Bridge instance isn't somewhere they ‘need’ to go for compliance (i.e. not just required training), but ‘get’ to go to for skill development, learning pathways and other recommended, or in library opportunities.
I'd be curious to hear what other Admins have found successful!
