Hire Date BEFORE/AFTER or GREATER/LESS THAN x

I've seen a few requests for changes to smart group set-ups based on hire date, but not an exact match for what I'm seeking.  I'd like to enroll anyone hired AFTER x-date to complete a training.  I see that I can set HIRE DATE = SPECIFIC DATE, but nothing along the lines of HIRE DATE > SPECIFIC DATE.

    I agree that this would be great. We had a conversation with our CSM yesterday and I asked about when the smart groups might get a little attention. Please submit this as a feature request through Bridge and follow up with your CSM. The new community doesn't give us a good way to discuss features so please be sure to send it in!
