Hey Crista,
Yes, we do have a partnership with a certified badging organization that can easily integrate with your Bridge platform. Many customers also utilize our Employee Development functionality to increase learner engagement while driving career growth and opportunity.
So how do we find out about this badging? We have very competitive people, and I think they would engage more if they saw “rewards” and were “beating” peers on leaderboards, etc.
Meredithb we still have a third party partnership that we work with for certified badging. I recommend reaching out to your account manager to discuss the specifics of what you are wanting to accomplish.
