I would love it if Smart Groups could pull in our custom fields
Hello,
I would love it if Smart Groups could pull in our custom fields. Today, I needed to build a training for about 100 people. It was no trouble setting up the logic, but I had to pull fields like manager name and UID because that's all that was available. If I had the ability to pull in custom fields, I could pull in our departments, which is a sounder practice. Is this ability on the radar for anytime soon?

Hi Heidi! You should be able to create a Smart Group using your custom fields in Bridge. Here is an article that discusses how Smart Groups work, and how Smart Groups utilize rules that you define such as department, location, job title, or any other custom field: https://community.bridgeapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/35795950124563-What-Are-Groups-and-Smart-Groups
If you navigate to Users and Permissions > Manage Groups > New Group > + New Smart Group, you should see the custom field options appear in the Identifier drop down when creating a condition for the Smart Group.
