Email Notification (and timing if so) for Feedback Requests
Hello!
I have a 4-part question about Feedback Requests.
1) When a request for feedback is submitted, when does the person receive an email notification there is a feedback request waiting for them in Bridge? (Is it on certain days, within a certain time frame of request)
2) IF the manager-view-first toggle is on, when does the manager get notice they have feedback request to “review” before “releasing” it to the team member? (Is it on certain days, within a certain time frame of request)
3) The team member that is on the receiving end of the feedback, do they get notification their feedback is ready for them to review?
4) How long does all this take - assuming the manager-review-first toggle is on and the default of 2 weeks stays in place?
Thanks so much!

Hi Kathryn! Thank you for reaching out with your feedback request questions. I'd be happy to help! Please see the answers below.
1. This happens almost immediately in real-time.
2. While there is not an email notification for the Manager, if they navigate to Team > the user > Feedback, it displays there for approval.
3. No, they do not receive an email notification today.
4. This is ultimately dependent on the time it takes the recipient to respond to the request. While the default timing is 2-weeks, you have the option to choose from 1-4 weeks.
Thank you, Haley!
One more question, if you don't mind…
Say a team member has requested feedback from multiple people in the same skill request, and the manager toggle is turned on to review the feedback prior to sharing it. Does the manager only have to view the request link and share it just that one time (all reviewers feedback should be there)?
I ask because a manager may have multiple team members requesting feedback from multiple people and I want the review/share option through the manager to be as streamline as possible. (So, at a certain date I can remind all managers to check their teams' feedback to review/share since they don't get a notification). Thanks so much again!
Hi Kathryn Koly ! The feedback is shared all in one go, meaning if a team member has requested feedback from multiple people, the Manager will only have to release it one time.
Perfect, thank you!
