Creating a new account in Bridge, logging in, and resetting your password are essential steps to get started and maintain access to your training. This guide will walk you through each process.
Complete Registration from my Bridge Invitation Email
Note: There is someone in your company who is responsible for creating accounts and managing who has access to Bridge (also known as your "Bridge Admin"). This person will be the one who sends the email invitations.
Open "Welcome to Bridge" Email
After being invited to join your Bridge organization, you will receive an email message with the word Welcome in the subject line and Bridge listed as the email sender.
Create your Account and Set a Password
Click the "Get Started" button
A new browser window will open to the Bridge account page. The first part of the URL will show you the Bridge URL you should use to log in to Bridge.
In the password fields:
- Enter a password [2]
- Confirm your password [3]
- Click the "Get Started" button [4]
Accept Terms of Use
First-time users will be prompted to agree to the Bridge Terms of Use and acknowledge the privacy statement. Click the "Yes, Agree" button
How do I login to Bridge?
Open Browser
In a browser window, enter your Bridge URL: [myaccount].bridgeapp.com
Enter Username and Password
- Enter your Username [1]
- Enter your Password [2]
- Click the "Sign In" button [3]
Note: Username and Login ID ARE the same
How do I reset my password?
Before resetting your password, consider the following:
- Do you have an account setup?
- Yes = follow the steps below
- No = Contact the person at your company who set up your Bridge account. If you don't know this information, contact your manager for help.
Note: If you have unsubscribed from email notifications, you will still receive password reset emails. If you use CAS authentication, contact your Bridge admin for assistance.
Open Browser
In a browser window, enter your Bridge URL: [myaccount].bridgeapp.com
Click "Forget your Password?" Link
Enter your email address or login ID
- Enter your email address/Login ID/Username [1]
- Click the Reset Password button [2]
- Confirm Reset

Check your email for Reset Password Link
Bridge will email you a 'Reset Your Bridge Password' link. Check your junk mail folder if you don't see it. Click "Reset My Password" button
Create a New Password
- Enter a new password [1]
- Confirm the password [2]
- Click the Save button [3]
