Pop up indicating "you already completed this on [date]"
We have an e-learning course that is required for all learners. I toggled the button to allow users to self-re-enroll if they wanted a refresher. But what happened was that people forgot they took it, re-enrolled and then realized they did already take it, and either completed it twice, or reached out to complain that they're still showing as incomplete. It would be cool if when we toggle that field, and a learner tries to re-enroll in a course he already completed if Bridge would alert that he already completed it on [date]. My short-term fix was to turn OFF the toggle, preventing learners from re-enrolling themselves.

Hey, Heidi Clark !
Thanks for this feedback.
I will point out that our solution to this was to include the re-enroll AND review options in the drawer when looking at “details” on completed content. That way, users would understand that enrolling AGAIN would mean retaking the course while reviewing would allow them to see the completed content (as this is under their completed section).
I acknowledge that doesn't completely solve your request, but I'm hoping it can provide an education point for learners.
Thanks for the quick reply, Stephanie. In our particular case, it won't work as we do LOTS of compliance training. They won't dig through there to figure out if they completed it before they sign up. Is there any way to suggest my idea as a potential enhancement for the future?
Understood, Heidi Clark .
I'd throw it into our feedback form!
