Performance Improvement & New Hire Probation Periods
I'm curious if anyone uses Bridge for performance improvement conversations or new hire probationary periods. I love the performance and skills feedback modules and would love to be able to have those two other types of conversations also housed and logged in Bridge for continuity, but since performance cycles have to be set up by the org, I'm not sure how to go about setting them up.
Especially now that smart groups can reflect hire date, adding new hires to compliance modules has been a breeze - I'm hoping to find a similar way to enroll people on a more rolling basis into a performance conversation as well as see if/how others are managing performance improvement plans.
