We've assigned badges for completion. Employees love to collect the badges and show them off to their piers.
I just use nagging. (Only seems to work for those who care about the state of their account.)
Cassandra Lawson - gamification works for adult motivation as well! Badges are a great visual representation for completion!
Jillian Easthope - I laughed out loud to your response! Sometimes a little nagging goes a long way!
We provide a small salary increase once someone completes 100 hours of optional trainings. Required trainings don't count, but this has been a very successful initiative.
Paul A Hoffman - I think that's one of the best incentives I have heard! It's a double bonus for your team - they gain more knowledge and have financial benefits!
