One thing we do is we utilize SmartSheet to track all the trainings we develop, including who the sponsors are, and the SME's we work with, etc... One of the columns in the spreadsheet is release date and we set SmartSheet to automatically email the developer and Sponsor every year from the release date, informing them that it is time to review the training and determine if it is still relevant, needs updated, or needs archived. We currently have over 1300 active courses alone, so if we don't stay on top of this, it can get out of hand quickly.
Jeff Ventrano - This is absolutely great advice! At Bridge, we do encourage a of document to track all of the courses in your instance in order to easily review and update content. A company who doesn't have this can easily export a list of their courses through our data dump: https://community.bridgeapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045166333-How-do-I-download-all-data-from-an-account
