Employees, when asked about overdue assignments, state that the “last time” they were in GPI they had no assignments and weren't aware they had anything due. Notifications for both course enrollment and journey enrollment are turned on. I can find the notification date and time when the employee would have been notified. We have 21 plants, so the same issue crops up intermittently at different plants for different assignments.
