When I assign a Journey with the 2nd course activating only once the 1st is completed, I want to be able to see the progress for both courses in Transcripts.

Hi,

We assigned about 8 courses in a Journey to some employees. When I download the transcript to check the progress, I only see the 1st course as pending, and the 2nd to 8th course only show up if the previous course is completed. 

For reporting purposes, I need to be able to see all 8 courses in my report.

Please assist with this.

    Hello. 

    Instead of pulling data at on the journey learnable type, assign a tag to all 8 courses and then report on the tag and leave the learnable type as any.

    This should produce what you are trying to accomplish.
