Journeys gives you the power to create engaging learning experiences by combining courses, programs, live training sessions, checkpoints, and performance-based actions into structured learning pathways.
Before You Begin
Before setting up a Journey, consider:
- Goal: What learning experience are you trying to create?
- Sequence: Should learning be completed in a specific order or flexibly?
- Schedule: Do learners need content released over time?
- Activities: Do you want to include activities, such as Skills Feedback and 1on1s?

Controlling the Journey Completion Settings
Journey Completion Settings determines when a user is considered to have completed a Journey:
- Complete all steps: Learners must complete every step in the Journey (default).
- Complete any number of steps: Choose a specified number of steps that learners must complete.
- Complete the first step or the rest of the Journey: The first step controls the rest of the Journey.
This flexibility lets you design Journeys that support optional learning paths while still tracking completion against your organization's requirements.
