These are sessions hosted by members of the Bridge Customer Success team to support you in your quest to learn more about Bridge. It's also a great place to meet with customers who may be using Bridge just like you.

You can keep your camera on or off, you choose!  

Whether you have questions about specific features in Bridge or are interested in best practices to increase usage and adoption, we have ALL the answers (and if we don’t know, we do know just where to find them!).

1. Select the weekly schedule for your time zone
2. Add the session to your calendar by selecting the 'Add to Calendar' link from the schedule table below
   • The sessions occur weekly at the same time, so the calendar event will appear as a reoccurring meeting 
3. To drop into a session directly from this page, click on the day in the table below
4. When you join a session, you will be directed to a Bridge GoTo Meeting page
5. Choose to join via your Browser or by Desktop

NB:  We will not be hosting our 4 pm PT office hours on 10/17.

• Each session will be a “drop in” format for the length of the meeting (duration found on the schedules above). Just grab the link from a table above for the appropriate day and time, and pull up a virtual seat to our corner of the Internet! Plus, we’re really funny (seriously). Also, you don’t have to stay the entire time. You can even join late! It won’t hurt our feelings (promise).
• You may also see webinars listed on the calendar. Those particular sessions will take place instead of the open office hours for that hour. The webinars are recorded and can be found in our video resources. 

• These meetings are hosted using GoToMeeting. Please ensure you’re able to use this conference system prior to joining.
• Have access to your Bridge environment if possible so you can walk us through your current vs expected outcomes.
• Write down your questions in advance! Whether you are in the process of onboarding or have been with Bridge for many years, we want to know what’s top of mind for you.
