Important Note for SSO Users
If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you won’t use a Bridge password at all. Instead, you’ll log in using your company credentials (the same details you use for other systems, like email).
If you can’t log in with SSO, your internal IT team will need to help you. Bridge Support cannot reset SSO passwords.
Still Need Help?
- Reach out to your company’s Bridge Admin first (they manage your access).
- If you’re unsure who that is, start by asking your manager or HR.
- For technical SSO issues, contact your IT department.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
I didn’t get my “Welcome to Bridge” email, what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact your Bridge Admin (usually HR, L&D, or your manager) and ask them to resend it. -
I forgot my password, but I never got the reset email. Why?
Make sure you’re using the correct Bridge URL (e.g. mycompany.bridgeapp.com). If you are, check spam/junk folders. If you still don’t see it, your Bridge Admin can confirm your account details. -
My company uses Single Sign-On (SSO). How do I log in?
If your company has SSO, you’ll log in using your company credentials (the same ones you use for email or other systems). If your login isn’t working, your internal IT team needs to resolve it, Bridge Support can’t reset SSO passwords. -
Is my username the same as my login ID?
Yes. Your username and login ID are the same (In many cases this will be your work email address). -
Can Bridge Support reset my password directly?
Not usually. Your Bridge Admin manages account access. For SSO logins, only your IT department can help. -
How do I know who my Bridge Admin is?
Start by checking with your manager or HR team, they can point you to the right person.
Please contact the Bridge support team (support@getbridge.com) if you need any further help.
