On the Performance Conversation Dashboard, you will see a column called Peer Selection under My Review.
After selecting Start for the Peer Selection, you will be given a screen that allows you to select the people you'd like to review you.
You can select any individual within your Organization as a peer reviewer, even if the selected peer is not a participant in the Performance Conversation cycle.
Admins at your Organization will set a minimum and maximum peer limit, the minimum must be met in order to submit your list. The minimum and maximum are noted on this page.
Notes:
- You cannot select your Manager as a Peer Reviewer.
- Once you submit the peer list, your manager must approve it for the peer reviews to be created.
- Once a peer list has been approved, you can no longer edit the submitted selection.
