On the Performance Conversation Dashboard there will be a new column called Peer Selection under My Team.
You will click on the Start button to approve peer reviewers for your email members. Only submitted peer lists are eligible for approval.
Employees must meet the minimum, but cannot exceed the maximum, peer selection limit in order to approve peer reviewers. These limits are noted on this page.
As a manager you have the ability to add or remove users from the Employee's selection before approving.
Notes:
- Once the Performance Conversation has been shared the employee can no longer edit the approved peer list.
- Once the peer review has begun the Peer Reviewer cannot be removed from the approved peer list.
