Bridge Office Hours

Updated office hours will be coming into effect starting the week commencing 2nd February. These changes are designed to better support our global users and provide more accessible session times.

What Are Office Hours?

Office Hours are informal sessions hosted by the Bridge Customer Empowerment Team to help you get the most out of Bridge. They’re a great opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with other users.

How to join

  • Check the schedule for your time zone.
  • Join any session—topics vary, but feel free to drop in to any!
  • Sessions are hosted via Google Meet. Join using your browser or desktop app.

What Can You Expect?

  • Drop-in format: Join anytime during the session, stay for as long as you need, and feel free to leave early.
  • We’re friendly and funny, come for the answers, stay for the fun! . 

How Can You Prepare?

  • Ensure Google Meet works on your device.
  • Have access to your Bridge environment, if possible, to review specific questions or challenges.
  • Write down any questions ahead of time, whether you’re new to Bridge or a long-time user.

Q - Can I attend regular sessions?

A - Yes! Simply subscribe or bookmark this page and join any session at your convenience. You can also add it to your calendar, the link remains the same each week.

Q - Are authors allowed to attend office hours?

A - Absolutely! Office hours are open to all users, including authors. We’re here to support you at every level, whether you need guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, or simply want to learn more about Bridge. Feel free to join us!

Q - Do I need to register in advance?

A - No registration is required! Just use the same link each week to join at a time that works for you.

Q - Can I ask questions about specific use cases?

A - Absolutely! We encourage attendees to bring real-life scenarios, and we’ll do our best to provide guidance and solutions.

Q - Will the sessions be recorded?

A - Office Hours are designed to be live and interactive, so they are not recorded. If you need help but can’t attend, let us know, and we’ll find another way to assist you.

Q - What topics are covered in Office Hours?

A - We cover a range of topics, from general platform navigation to more advanced features, depending on attendee needs. If you have a specific topic in mind, feel free to bring it up!

Q - Can I invite my colleagues to join?

A - Yes! Office Hours are open to all users, so feel free to share the link with your team.

Q - What if the available times don’t work for me, or I can’t access them?

A - Please reach out to your Account Manager; they’ll be happy to help arrange a 1:1 session with someone from our Customer Empowerment Team.

    Just a quick update to let you know that our Office Hours schedule has now been updated. The new time slots will begin from tomorrow, 3rd February 2026. You can view the latest schedule and join the sessions using the usual links above.
