Can I set up employee feedback to be non-anonymous?

If you want your team to be able to receive non-anonymous Skills Feedback, you will manage this at the admin level. Start in Admin > Feedback Settings > Require anonymous feedback and toggle this off.

The requester can name the feedback request. We are going to call this one “Non-Anonymous Feedback,” and the requester will then go select the skills for feedback.

At the bottom of the request, there is a toggle to anonymize the feedback. The admin setting to not require anonymous feedback is what makes the toggle visible.

SIDE NOTE. The default for this toggle is ON so that feedback WILL be anonymized. When educating your team on making these requests, you will want to instruct the managers or the direct reports to toggle this OFF (so it will be grayed out).

In this example, all five requestees have completed the non-anonymous feedback.

The immediate click into the feedback will show a summary for all respondents.

There are two places to click to see the individual responses (this is only visible when the toggle to anonymize the feedback was off). Choose the “Individual Response (number of respondents” in the horizontal navigation or the eye icon next to the profile images of the responders.

SIDE NOTE. This is viewable by both the recipient of the feedback and the manager.

Once on the individual responses page, the user can click on any of the profile icons to see the exact feedback provided by that requester.

At this time, there is no functionality to print this as a PDF directly from Bridge. You can go to File > Print in your browser navigation to print a PDF of the page.

An Account Admin can pull a CSV skills report from Bridge. This will include all feedback for all time in the account. Go to Insights > Skills Mastery. Click on the spreadsheet icon.

You’ll want to filter by assessment date to view specific feedback. In the case of multiple feedback requests submitted on the same day, you’ll need to remove the timestamps that are included in the field. Highlight the column and go to Data > Text to Columns.

Keep the default of “delimited” and then choose “space” as the delimiter.

Hit “next” and then highlight the last three columns and select “Do not import column (skip).”

The column will now only have the dates. Filter the column by highlighting the Assessment column and going to Data > Filter.

Set the filter for the day that the feedback requests were submitted.

This report will show the Assessor IDs for each of the reviewees. These IDs match with their Bridge UIDs, which can be found in the users file from the data dump (we have a video here on how to perform a VLOOKUP of this file to the Performance Conversations export, and the steps would be similar).

The “comment” headers will not export the reviewees feedback at this time.
