How to Use the Learner Transcript in Bridge Analytics

The Learner Transcript in Bridge Analytics is a table-based dashboard showing Admins detailed learning activity for every user.

You can filter by items like tags, custom fields, dates, and learning status, then export, schedule, or visualize the results to track things like compliance completion and team engagement.

Note: By default, Managers in Bridge can access data for direct reports in Transcripts.

Go to Analytics > Transcript. There, you can use the following features to dig into your data:

  • Filters: Refine your data and customize results using the filters at the top of the page.
  • Dashboard Actions: Select the More Options menu in the top-right of the Learner Transcript tile to download a copy of your data, or use the main menu on the right side of the screen to export and schedule your dashboard.
  • Advanced Analytics: Select the Explore from here widget on the top-right side of the Learner Transcript to filter your data and create a custom visualization.
  • Alerts: Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of the Learner Transcript dashboard to set up alerts based on your criteria.
