There are three types of Goals (or Objectives) in Bridge:
- Company - The big picture (one line only)
- Team - Goal with start/end, status, weight; can be aligned to Company Goal
- Individual - Goal with start/end, status, weight; can be aligned to Team Goal

Required Fields
- Goal Title
- Due Date
- Status (select from the drop-down)
- Progress Metric
- Weight
- Use this field to indicate the relative importance of this goal compared to others
- How much of your time should be devoted to this goal?
- Note: you will need to track the weighting across your goals; in Bridge, the numbers can exceed 100, and you will want to stay at 100.
Goal Alignment
- CEO sets company goals (done yearly)
- Leaders set Team goals (VPs, Directors) - Align with Company Goals
- Individual set personal goals - Align with Team Goals
