LinkedIn Learning Integration Good-to-Knows

Configuration details are here. This is mostly executed on the LiL side and may require LiL CSM support.

ALL content will be imported.

The entire LiL library will be imported, there is no way to limit the content coming to Bridge. Whichever package you are contracted for with Linkedin will be what is brought into Bridge.

There is a nightly sync that will bring in any new content available and to archive courses.

LiL tags and categories will be imported.

These categories and tags are predefined by the integration. Categories and tags can be edited or deleted but there is a possibility that the integration sync could override your changes.

If LiL pushes an update for that category, then the name would change to what LiL set it as. However, if LiL doesn't send an update, then the edit to the category name will stay.

If a category name is changed or you delete the category and LiL releases a new course with that same category, the original category will be reinstated.

None of the LiL content will be visible to your learners until the category relevance is set to a group (as shown below) to be made available in the Learning Library, or an individual course is assigned/given relevance.

All content will be clearly marked with a LinkedIn logo.

Learners will be able to filter for LinkedIn content, tags, and categories.

Analytics will have an LiL filter available.

Managers and Admins can filter for LinkedIn content in the Transcript.
