Group managers and admins have the option to re-enroll group members into Programs. The Learner Relevance must be set to required for the group and there must be at least one completed learner in the group.
Note: Only completed learners can re-enroll in any learning items. There is a difference in resetting and re-enrolling a learner into content. Please see this article, Should I reset or re-enroll a learner in a course?.
You can access this feature by navigating to the Program’s details page. Open the Groups tab and select “Re-enroll all completed” from the options menu.
This will re-enroll group participants who have already finished/completed the Program but you want them to take the Program again.
Note: if you are re-enrolling a group with many completed learners it may take a moment until everyone is enrolled.
