As we continue to improve and evolve our Mobile App to offer you the best experience, we occasionally need to sunset services associated with older app versions. We've included an email template that you, as an admin, can send to your users to update them of the change at the end of this article.

Starting the week of January 6, 2025, access will no longer be supported for users on versions older than 2.15.0. This change is necessary to streamline our platform, enhance security, and deliver new features efficiently.
To continue enjoying seamless access, please ensure your app is updated to version 2.15.0 or later.
âś… What You Need to Do
Here’s how to check if you’re on the latest version and update if needed:
For iOS Users:
- Check Your Version: Open the Bridge Mobile app, go to Settings, and look for the version number at the bottom of the page.
- Update Your App: Go to the App Store, search for Bridge: People Matter Most, and see if an “Update” option is available. If so, tap Update to get the latest version.
For Android Users:
- Check Your Version: Open Bridge, navigate to Settings, and find your current app version number at the bottom of the page.
- Update Your App: Open the Google Play Store, search for Bridge: People Matter Most, and select Update if an option is available.
By updating to the latest version, you’ll gain access to all the newest features, improvements, and enhanced security measures we’ve put in place.
