Account admins and IT admins can manage integrated apps in Bridge accounts. Integrated apps include Slack, Studio, Vimeo, YouTube, Dropbox, and LinkedIn Learning.
Note:
• Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
Open Admin Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Admin icon. Then, click the General menu option.
In the General menu, select Account Settings.
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ based on what is enabled in your account

View Apps
You can enable or disable apps for your account. To enable or disable an app for your account, click the toggle button by the app’s name [1]. Available Bridge apps include Slack [2], Studio [3], Vimeo [4], YouTube [5], Dropbox [6], and LinkedIn Learning [7].

Manage Slack

You can enable real-time notifications through Slack. After clicking the toggle button, click the Add to Slack button.
If you have access to more than one Slack team, you will be shown a list of teams available for integration. Select the team you would like to use.
Click the Authorize button to finish the setup process.
After the setup process has been completed, members of your Slack team will start receiving notifications for various events in Bridge. You can manage the Slack notifications on the Manage Notifications page.

Manage Bridge Advanced Media

Bridge Advanced Media is the next-generation online video platform that unmutes learning by turning one‑way, passive video into inclusive, productive discussion. You can use BAM in the editor to add media to Bridge courses.
To edit the Studio app, click the Edit link.
Edit Bridge Advanced Media

In the subdomain field, enter your Studio subdomain account [1]. In the Key field, enter your Studio key [2]. In the Secret field, enter your Studio secret [3]. Click the Save button [4].
Manage Vimeo

Vimeo is a video-sharing platform that allows users to upload, watch, and share videos. You can add Vimeo to Bridge courses by adding media files in a slide.
Manage YouTube

YouTube is a video-sharing platform that allows users to upload, watch, and share videos. You can add YouTube to Bridge courses by adding media files in a slide.
To edit the YouTube app, click the Edit link.

If you add a channel ID [1], it limits results of YouTube searches to the channel. This ID can be found in the channel’s URL. Click the Save button [2].
Manage Dropbox

Dropbox is a file storage and sharing platform. Dropbox allows users to select and link to files within the editor. You can add Dropbox to Bridge courses by adding media files in a slide.
Manage LinkedIn Learning

LinkedIn Learning is an online learning platform that helps users learn business, software, technology, and creative skills to achieve personal and professional goals. LinkedIn Learning can be integrated into your account's learning library.
Enable LinkedIn Learning

To enable the LinkedIn Learning integration in your account's learning library, you must first enable the course catalog, SSO, and xAPI.
