You can use a password reset request to reset a user's password. When using the Password Reset Request, the user will receive an email containing a link that will allow them to choose a new password.
You can also set a password via CSV file.
Notes:
• Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
• Once logged in with the password set by an admin, users can change their password.
Open Admin Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Admin icon. Then, click the Users & Permissions menu option.
In the Users & Permissions menu, select Manage Users.
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
Send Password Reset Request
In the Users page, click the name of the user who should receive a Password Reset Request.
Edit User Details
If no Message icon displays, click the Edit User button. Ensure the user is subscribed to notifications [1] and the user has an email address [2].
Select Message Type
Select the Password Reset Request option.
Send Password Reset Request
Click the Send button.
User View
The user will receive an email containing a button that will allow them to set another password.
Note: The user must reset their password within 24 hours after receiving the email.
