How do I view a user's email notifications in an account?

On the User Details page, you can review the email notifications a user has received.

Important Notes:

  • Certain features may be limited based on your user role and permissions.
  • Notifications will only appear in the user's account after they have been sent via email

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Admin icon, then select Users & Permissions from the menu.

Within the Users & Permissions section, click on Manage Users.

Note: The Global Navigation menu layout may vary depending on the features enabled in your account.

 

 

To open the User Details page, click on the name of the user.

 

 

In the User Details page, click the View Notifications button.

 

 

The screenshot below details all the notifications sent to that user.

 

 

In the Notifications page, use the Search field to enter a term related to the notification you want to find. The search results will populate automatically as you type.

 

 

To view a user's email notification, click the View icon. 

 

 

The email notification will open in a new window. You may need to scroll to see the entire message. To return to the notifications page, click the Close icon.

Note: You can only view email notification messages that have been sent to a user.
