Once you have published a program and added users, you can message users in your program if notifications are enabled for your account. Messages are sent to the email address in each user's profile. You can select recipients according to program status.
Notes:
• Messaging is a one-way feature in Bridge; users' replies cannot be viewed in the Bridge UI. However, account admins can provide a way for users to respond to messages by specifying a custom reply-to email address for the account. Users will then be able to direct their responses to the reply-to email address. Please contact support@getbridge.com for more information.
• Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
Open Author Menu

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Author icon. Then, click the Live Programs menu option.
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
Open Program

On the Programs page, click the name of the program.
Message Program

On the Program Details page, click the Message icon.
Note: If the icon is grayed out, no users have been added to your program.
Select Recipients

In the status drop-down menu, select the users you want to message according to program status.
Note: If a user has chosen to unsubscribe from email notifications, the user will not receive the message.
Create Message

In the text field, enter the content of your message.
Send Message

Click the Send button.
Confirm Message

Confirm your message was sent.
