How do I prepare a Performance Conversation agenda using the Performance Conversation Wizard as an employee?

As an employee, using the Performance Conversation Wizard helps you prepare a Performance Conversation agenda to have career and growth discussions to ensure that your career path stays a priority.

Accessing your Performance Conversation

When a Performance Conversation cycle has been started you will see the option in the Growth section of your homepage. You will then click on the card for the Performance Conversation.

View Performance Conversation Message

If your organization has scheduled a Performance Conversation, you can begin creating the Performance Conversation agenda with your manager by clicking the Start button.

Click the Get Started button.

Complete Wins Section

In the Wins section, you can add achievements and celebrate items that you are proud of. You can add notes in the text field [1]. You can view and add goals that have been completed or that are going well [2]. You can add achievements [3] and view assessed skills [4].

To move to the next section, click the Continue button [5].

Complete Plan Section

In the Plan section, you can add your plans to grow and improve your skills. You can add notes in the text field [1]. You can view and add goals that will help you succeed [2]. You can select skills you want to improve [3], add tasks [4], and add learning items[5].

To move to the next section, click the Continue button [6].

Complete Other Section

In the Other section, you can add notes to discuss with your manager.

Share Performance Conversation  Agenda

Click the Share button.

View Performance Conversation

View your Performance Conversation agenda. Once you finish preparing your Performance Conversation agenda, your manager will be notified.

When viewing the Performance Conversation agenda you can collapse the sections [1] and continue adding agenda items [2] as needed.
