How do I use the My Career page as an employee?

The My Career page is the first thing you will see when you log in to Bridge. The My Career page gives you an overview of what is happening in your Bridge account. You can return to the My Career page at any time by clicking the My Career option in the Global Navigation menu.

View My Career Page

The My Career page is the default landing page after you log in to Bridge. The My Career page shows an overview of your interactions [1], learning items [2], and goals [3].

Note: Some features may be restricted depending on your account settings.

View People Section

The People section [1] displays your assessments and 1on1s in descending order with the most overdue items at the top. To view all of your 1on1s or assessments, click the View All links [2].

View Learning Section

Depending on your company’s account configuration, you may see the Learning section [1]. The Learning section displays the number of overdue learning items and courses in your Bridge Learning account. To view all of your learning items, click the Learning global navigation link [2].

View Growth Section

The Growth section displays your goals in descending order with the most overdue goal at the top [1]. You can also add goals. To view all your goals and goal history, click the Goals global navigation link [2].

View Feedback

The Feedback link allows you to view pending, open, and completed assessments.

View Notifications

Notifications include task, goal, and assessment activity. Learning items will also be listed depending on your company’s account configuration.

View History

The History displays your HR events, goals, achievements, completed 1on1s and assessments, and learning items in chronological order to give a cohesive view of your career development. History is a timeline that can be used during department transitions, yearly performance reviews, etc. The timeline is centered on the current date and displays the previous three months and next three months by default.

To view an expanded timeline, click the History link.

View History in List View

To view a list of your HR events, goals, achievements, completed 1on1s, assessments, and learning items, click the List View icon.

The List View allows you to customize the date range and change the sort order of the list contents.
