How do I get help with Bridge?

There are various resources provided to help users navigate Bridge and get the help that they need. Users can utilize the Knowledge Base space to search documentation, videos, and release notes.  The Community is where users can view Bridge status, ask the community a question, and contact the Bridge team.

Open Helpful Resources

Click on the Helpful Resources icon in the Global Navigation menu. Click on How-to Guides to access help articles.

    The issue I have is having to log into Bridge to contact tech support. Nobody in our organization is able to log into Bridge so unable to contact support. Please change this so there is a way to connect through the Instructure website, bridgeapp.zendesk, or something....very frustrating.

    Rocky Clark I saw another thread where it appears your issue with logins were resolved. That being said I wanted to followup and provide the broader audience insight that Bridge Support can be reached, without login, via email at support@bridgeapp.com 

    If you did, however, still need assistance, please use support@bridgeapp.com to work with our team to resolve access to the LMS!
