As a manager, you can add agenda items and tasks to the 1on1 agenda. You can also mark tasks as complete in the agenda.
Note: The images in this lesson show a phone display. Unless otherwise noted, directions are identical for a tablet.
View Home Screen
To view an agenda from the Home screen, tap a 1on1 agenda card.
View 1on1 Agenda
The agenda page includes an active 1on1 agenda [1] and private notes [2].
Add Agenda Item
To add an agenda item, tap the Add Agenda Item link.
Add Agenda Item Details
To add agenda item details, enter text in the Agenda Item Name field [1] and tap the Create link [2].
Add Task Item
To add a task, tap the Add Task link.
Add Task Details
To add a task, enter text in the Task Name field [1]. You can assign the task to yourself or your employee or peer by tapping the appropriate assignee icon [2].
To add a due date, tap the Set date link and select a date [3].
Tap the Create link [4].
