I have tried this several times using the enrollment CSV generated by Bridge for a specific course to try to unenroll and re-enroll users from a course or program. It always fails to remove any users from the course no matter what unique identifier I try to use. It always says "No Learners will be Removed". The workaround has been to archive the course and then republish to re-enroll. The only alternative is to go user-by-user and reset their learning. Where is the "unenroll all" or "re-enroll all" button?

    Hi Zack,

At this time we don't have a specific button/option to un-enroll all users, however we have just released an option to re-enroll all users into a course. You can also re-enroll individual users within a course, you can find steps on how to do that in this guide: How do I edit a user's course progress as an admin.

When removing users through a csv file, keep in mind that if the user was enrolled through a program, you wouldn't be able to remove their enrollment to the specific course within the program. If you are still experiencing any issue with this, please reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to help.

    Thank you!
