You can send a message to an individual user in your Bridge account. Messages are sent to the email address in the learner's profile.
Notes:
• Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
• Messaging is a one-way feature; users cannot reply to messages.
• Notifications must be enabled for the account.
• If a learner has been unsubscribed from email notifications, the learner will not receive any messages.
Open Admin Menu
Click on the ADMIN option in the Global Navigation menu. Then click on Manage Users.
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
Create Message
The Custom Message option is the default for the message. To change the message type, click the drop-down menu [1].
In the text field, enter the content of your message [2].
Send Message
Click the Send button.
Confirm Message
Confirm your message was sent.
Note: Messaging is a one-way feature; learners cannot reply to messages.
