How do I request feedback as an employee?

As an employee, you can request peer feedback to gauge your mastery of the job skills assigned to your job title.

Open Feedback Page

Open Feedback Page

Click on the ME option in the Global Navigation menu. Then click on Feedback.

Request Feedback

On the Feedback page, to ask a peer to assess your skills, click the Request Feedback button. There are two options for Feedback: Skills Feedback [1] or Start-Stop-Continue Feedback [2].

Skills Feedback allows you to ask people to rate you and describe how you're doing on specific skills. This helps you see where you stand out and where you can improve.

Start-Stop-Continue Feedback allows you to ask others three quick questions: what should I start doing, what should I stop doing, and what should I continue doing?

Setting up Skills Feedback Details

Enter a name for the skill assessment [1].

Select one or more skills that you would like to include in the assessment [2].

To provide context around the assessment, select an industry standard from the Assessment Standard [3].

To choose the employees you would like to complete the assessment, click the Add Assessors button. Search or select the names from the Assessors menu [4]. Then click the Done link [5].
