FAQ

Since we can put journeys in a journey, can we put the same journey into more than one journey?

Yes, you can put the same journey into more than one journey. Just be mindful of the enrollment sources! We also recommend a layering of content and being conscious of what all learners need versus just segments of learners.

Is the versioning just for journeys?

At this time, yes. If you need versioning for courses, we like to create a new course and update the title.

What do you recommend when we have new hires that actually do need to know a lot ASAP without them feeling overwhelmed?

We recommend using Journeys to deliver this information on a schedule!

Customer Best practices and soundbites:

“Just a thought: In our company, we let brand new learners choose their courses but make sure we have an initial convo so we know exactly what they need to learn asap and prioritizing those courses (like Steph mentioned). Making ppl learn too fast can be detrimental and overwhelming so enrolling them in 'absolutely need to know' while letting them take more time on 'eventually need to know' is kinda the balancing act we take”

“We use multi trainings and multi sessions. We always upload learners to our sessions, because we have to change their schedules we can not allow them to choose which session. Except supervisors they can  choose which session/s they want.

When we onboard we have initial training for 9-10 days for most roles multiple classes start every Monday. Sometimes up to 17 classes each week, we have one role that is a 4-5 week initial training.

Next we have a nesting period where they are focusing more on their specific role and role responsibilities.”
