Check the Status of an “In Progress” CSV Import

If you've uploaded a CSV file into Bridge and the status appears as “In Progress”, it may be waiting on your confirmation to complete the process. Here’s a simple way to check and resolve it:

Step-by-Step to Resolve an “In Progress” Import:

1. Go to the CSV Import Logs
Navigate to your Admin > Users > CSV Import Logs area. This page lists all import attempts, including those stuck “In Progress.”

2. Click on the “In Progress” Entry
Select the relevant import and locate the import ID from the URL. It will look something           like this:

https://[yourdomain].bridgeapp.com/admin/csvlvog/[import ID]

Build the Confirmation URL
Paste your import ID into the following URL template:

https://[yourdomain].bridgeapp.com/admin/users/import/confirm?importId=[import ID]&uploadType=import

3. Replace [yourdomain] and [import ID] with your company’s Bridge URL and the actual import ID.

4. Confirm the Upload
 Visit the confirmation URL above and click “Confirm” to complete the import. This usually resolves the issue and moves the job out of limbo.
