How to Use the AI Course creation

Step 1: Navigate to AI

  1. Log in to Bridge Author Pro.
  2. Go to the Courses area.
  3. Select Create a new course.

Step 2: Create a New Course

From the options presented, select Gomo AI Course.

Step 3: Create Course Content By Adding Details

In the Details section:

  1. Add a Course Description (this is a required field).

Describe the course you’d like to build. The more detail you include, the more accurate your output will be,

Example: Create a course to help learners use Power BI to pull data from different sources.

  1. Choose a Course Tone.

Select a tone that suits your learners and content style, or allow AI to choose one for you.

Step 4: Add a Theme

Choose from our library of pre-built, responsive themes. No graphic design experience needed, everything is optimized for mobile and desktop.

Step 5: Course Generation

Bridge Author Pro will now:

  • Research your topic
  • Structure the course
  • Design the layout

All based on your prompt.

Step 6: Review the Generated Content

Bridge Author Pro will automatically create your course introduction and structure.

Once it’s ready, you’ll be able to review:

  • The flow of the content
  • The structured chapters and sections
  • The generated text

Courses are built using instructional design best practices and ready for your final touch.

Step 7: Edit and Refine the Content

Need to make changes? You can jump into any section in the editor to update the following details:

  • Edit text
  • Adjust layouts
  • Add or remove content

Step 8: Review the AI-Generated Quiz

The AI also creates relevant quiz questions to check learner understanding. Review and edit these questions as needed before publishing.

Step 9: Publish Your Course

When you’re happy with your course:

  1. Click Publish.
  2. Choose your delivery method.
  3. Share it with your learners.

Your AI-generated course is now ready to go!
