How to Use Journeys Analytics Dashboards in Bridge

The Journeys analytics dashboard gives admins and managers deeper insight into learner engagement, progress, and completion rates for learning pathways.

To access your Journeys reporting and analytics in Bridge, navigate to Analytics from the primary navigation and select Journeys.

There, you can access the following features to customize and configure your data.

Analytics Filters

At the top of the page, you’ll see a row of filters. Apply any of the following to your data to refine it:

  • Enrollment Date
  • Account Name
  • Title
  • Status
  • Learner Name
  • Manager Name
  • Group Name
  • Has Certificate (Yes/No)

Other Options

Use the icons in the top-right-hand corner of your Journeys dashboard to access more options:

  • Reload: Click to update when you apply filters. The icon will appear grey when you add new parameters.
  • Hide/Show Filters.
  • Dashboard Actions: Open this menu to access Download, Schedule Delivery, Reset Filters, and Timezone options.
  • Folders: View your saved dashboards.

Journeys Dashboards

In Journeys Analytics, you’ll see three dashboards:

Overview

Your first dashboard gives you a quick summary of each learning pathway, including steps, enrollments, and completion rates.

Enrollments

You can view a breakdown of individual learner enrollments into each of these learning items.

Enrollments By Manager

You can also refine your data to see learner enrollments by manager. 

Dashboard Options

In the top-right corner of each dashboard, you’ll find the following icons:

  • Explore: Use this to customize your data using different fields, filters, and visualizations.
  • Alerts: Schedule custom alerts, and choose the recipients and the desired frequency.
  • Tile Actions: Open this menu to download, resize, or view your dashboard in expanded mode.

Detailed Journeys Data

You can click certain data fields on your dashboard to view more detailed information. From there, you can also download this data or build more detailed reports.

Date

Click any of the following fields to see a detailed breakdown of the learning item:

  • Enrollment Date 
  • Created Date
  • Published Date 

Journeys Steps

Click the bar under the Steps label in your Overview dashboard to view more information about a learning journey. There, you’ll see a list of each title and content type.

You can also check these details in your Enrollments dashboards by clicking on one of the numerical values listed under the Total Steps label.

Completion Rate

To view more details about individual learner completions, click a percentage listed under the Completion Rate label in your Enrollments dashboard. There, you’ll see the number of steps, content types, and status of the Journey.
