Performance Conversation administrators can configure Agenda Settings when creating a new cycle or editing a draft cycle.

1. Navigate to Admin > Performance Conversations > Cycle Management.
2. Create a new cycle or open an existing draft cycle.
3. On the Cycle Details tab, locate the Agenda Settings section.
4. Use the toggles to enable or disable any of the following modules:
   • Goals
   • Skills Feedback
   • Achievements
   • Learning Assignments
5. Click Save and Continue to save your cycle.

Disabling an agenda module hides it throughout the entire Performance Conversation experience, including:

• Employee agendas
• Manager agendas
• The shared Performance Conversation view
• Exported Performance Conversation PDFs
• Historical Performance Conversation records for that specific cycle

• All Agenda Settings are enabled by default for new cycles.
• Settings can only be changed while a cycle is in Draft status.
• Each Performance Conversation cycle has its own Agenda Settings, allowing different cycles to be configured independently.

Can I Disable Multiple Agenda Modules?

Yes. You can toggle any combination of Goals, Skills Feedback, Achievements, and Learning Assignments on or off to suit your organization's review process.

Can I Change Agenda Settings Once a Performance Cycle Is Active?

No, settings can only be changed while a cycle is in Draft status. Once a cycle moves to Active or Closed, Agenda Settings become read-only to ensure a consistent experience for all participants.

Will Disabling a Module Delete Existing Data?

No. Disabling a module only hides it from the Performance Conversation experience. All existing data remains intact.
