Agenda Settings allow Admins to control which modules appear during a Performance Conversation cycle in Bridge.
By enabling or disabling Goals, Skills Feedback, Achievements, and Learning Assignments, organizations can tailor conversations to match their review process and focus on the information that matters most.
Who Can Configure Agenda Settings for Performance Conversations?
Performance Conversation administrators can configure Agenda Settings when creating a new cycle or editing a draft cycle.
Note: Agenda Settings can only be modified while a cycle is in Draft status. Once a cycle becomes Active or Closed, these settings are locked and can no longer be changed.
How Do I Configure Agenda Settings?
- Navigate to Admin > Performance Conversations > Cycle Management.
- Create a new cycle or open an existing draft cycle.
- On the Cycle Details tab, locate the Agenda Settings section.
- Use the toggles to enable or disable any of the following modules:
- Goals
- Skills Feedback
- Achievements
- Learning Assignments
- Click Save and Continue to save your cycle.
Note: By default, all Agenda Settings are enabled for newly created Performance Conversation cycles.
What Happens When an Agenda Module Is Disabled?
Disabling an agenda module hides it throughout the entire Performance Conversation experience, including:
- Employee agendas
- Manager agendas
- The shared Performance Conversation view
- Exported Performance Conversation PDFs
- Historical Performance Conversation records for that specific cycle
Note: Disabling a module only hides it from Bridge users, it doesn’t delete any existing data.
Things to Know About Performance Conversation Agenda Settings

- Settings can only be changed while a cycle is in Draft status.
- Each Performance Conversation cycle has its own Agenda Settings, allowing different cycles to be configured independently.
