The ability to filter by Skills and Skill Proficiency Levels in the Learning Library helps you find content that's relevant to your development needs and career goals.

As Career Pathing evolves, proficiency levels will also support more personalized learning recommendations.

To find learning opportunities to help you become an expert at a skill:

  1. Navigate to Learning > Learning Library
  2. Use the available filters to select a Skill.
  3. Select a Skill Proficiency Level.
  4. Browse the filtered learning results.
